INTERNATIONAL GROWTH ACCOUNT

Following is a summary of information about the Sentry International Growth Account. Investors are advised to learn key data about an investment prior to making any investment decision.

Objective

The objective of this account is to seek long-term growth of capital. It is invested solely in the T. Rowe Price International Stock FundŽ.

Investor Profile

The International Growth Account may be suitable for investors with a very long-term investment horizon who are seeking long-term growth of capital through investing primarily in company stocks of established non-U.S. companies and who accept the risks associated with common stocks of foreign companies and the volatility of converting foreign currency to U.S. dollars. Individuals must be willing and able to accept substantial change in unit price in the short, long and very long term.

Investment Strategy

T. Rowe Price International Stock Fund seeks to identify non-U.S. companies with above average growth at a reasonable value. The fund is managed by a team of professionals from T. Rowe Price, each of whom invests in his/her own area of specialty. The fund has a low portfolio turnover rate. It invests worldwide primarily in well-established, non-U.S. companies and diversifies broadly among developed and emerging countries. As a hedge or defensive measure against currency rate risk, the fund will occasionally buy currency future options.

Investment Considerations

This International Growth Account is one of the five highest risk options offered by Sentry to retirement plan participants. Diversifying overseas can help your retirement portfolio stay on track through a variety of market conditions. Foreign stock markets often move out of sync with domestic stock markets. Investing a portion of a retirement portfolio in the International Growth Account may provide a cushion when there is a downturn in domestic stock markets. Investors must be willing and able to accept a high level of investment risk.
