LARGE CAP GROWTH ETF ACCOUNT

Objective

The objective of this account is to seek investment results that correspond to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P 500 Index, or a similar U.S. large cap stock index. It invests solely in the Sentry Large Cap Growth ETF Portfolio.

Investor Profile

The Large Cap Growth ETF Account may be suitable for investors with a long-term investment horizon who are seeking growth of capital and income from dividends by participating in the large capitalization sector of the U.S. stock market. Individuals must be willing and able to accept considerable changes in unit price both in the short and long term.

Investment Strategy

Sentry Large Cap Growth ETF Portfolio invests primarily in one or more exchange traded funds (ETFs) that seek investment results that correspond to the performance, before fees and expenses, of U.S. large-cap stocks, as represented by the S&P 500 Index or a similar U.S. large cap stock index. The portfolio manager employs a passive investment strategy. Cash may be held in the portfolio to efficiently accommodate purchases and redemptions.

Investment Considerations

The Large Cap Growth ETF Account takes a passive approach to investing in large U.S. companies and is appropriate for investors seeking a passive investment management approach to U.S. large-cap stocks for a portion of their retirement portfolio.

The investment managers for the Sentry Large Cap Growth ETF Portfolio are Christopher Meadows, CFA and Chad Rice, CFA. *Performance figures for the Sentry Large Cap Growth ETF Portfolio include the reinvestment of all dividends and capital gain distributions. All returns are net of portfolio expenses. Money invested by participants in the Sentry Life Large Cap Growth ETF Account is then invested by Sentry Life Insurance Company into the underlying portfolio.
