MID-CAP GROWTH ACCOUNT - I

Following is a summary of information about the Sentry Mid Cap Growth Account - I. Investors are advised to learn key data about an investment prior to making any investment decision.

Objective

The objective of this account is to seek long-term growth. It is invested solely in the T. Rowe Price Mid-Cap Growth Fund ®.

(The Mid-Cap Growth Account - I is available only to participants in retirement plans whose sponsors were Sentry customers on or before March 12, 2004. If this Account is available to you, it will be included in your online enrollment and transfer forms.)

Investor Profile

The Mid-Cap Growth Account - I may be suitable for investors with a very long-term investment horizon who are seeking long-term growth of capital primarily through common stocks of companies with medium-sized market capitalizations that are believed to offer above-average earnings growth potential by the advisor. Individuals must be willing and able to accept substantial change in unit price in the short, long and very long term.

Investment Strategy

The T. Rowe Price Mid-Cap Growth Fund seeks long-term growth of capital by investing typically 80% of assets in the common stocks of companies with medium-sized market capitalizations with the potential for above-average earnings. A mid-cap company is defined as one with a market capitalization that falls within the capitalization range of companies included in the S&P MidCap 400 Index or the Russell Mid-Cap Growth Index. Market capitalization equals the number of shares of common stock outstanding multiplied by the price per share.

Investment Considerations

The Mid-Cap Growth Account - I takes an actively managed approach to investing in medium-sized companies. This account can be used by investors seeking to diversify a portion of their retirement planning account into the mid-cap market place with an active (as opposed to a passive/index) management strategy that follows a growth approach with a reasonably low turnover.
