How to enter: To enter for a chance to win, follow the instructions contained in the Sweepstakes advertisement you received. How to win: On or about October 18, 2010, a random drawing will be conducted by a Sentry Insurance representative to select the winner from all eligible entries received. On or about October 22, 2010, the winner will be notified by telephone. The winner must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these rules, and sign an affidavit of eligibility, and liability and publicity release, where permitted by law, in order to qualify for the prize. Odds of winning: The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize of 200,000 Priority Club points. If winner is a resident of AZ, the grand prize is a $10 gift card to GiftCertificates.com. If winner is a resident of OH, the grand prize is a $50 gift card from GiftCertificates.com. If the winner is a resident of AZ or OH, Sponsor will select an alternate winner to be the Grand Prize winner from the remaining entries (which entrant pool will be comprised of non-AZ and non-OH residents only). A maximum of one (1) GiftCertificates.com gift card and one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. All service charges or other expenses not specified herein are the responsibility of the winner.
