Program Design and Implementation
Working closely with customers, our claims teams design customized programs, which include:
- Communication standards
- Preferred claims reporting methods
- Special claims handling instructions
- Assignment of designated account representation and claims team
To implement each program, we make contact with each customer and complete special handling instructions. We establish location codes, claims-reporting procedures, provide claim kits and access to INQUIRY, our online risk-management system. In addition, we assign a claims team based on the anticipated claims volume and complexity, notify team members of program expectations and establish a schedule of periodic claim reviews.
