Typically, reporting a workers’ compensation claim is done by the employer or company that holds the insurance. When reporting the claim, we’ll need information about the employee or employees involved, a description of the accident or incident, and medical provider details.

In most cases, yes. We believe there is significant value in having one claims associate handle a case from beginning to end. However, we also believe it’s important to match the case to the talent, so if the severity or complexity of a claim unexpectedly increases, we will reassign the claim to another member of the claims team who specializes in severe or complex case management.
