For example, we cover many causes of loss—mechanical breakdowns, damage from artificially generated electrical current, steam explosions, and water heater damage—that are often excluded from a standard form. We also offer $250,000 sublimits for pollutant cleanup, refrigeration contamination, and perishable goods spoilage.
