As the Underwriting Executive for our Farm Equipment Manufacturers Program (FEMP), I have the privilege of working directly with manufacturers. This is an ever-evolving industry, so I approach every conversation with open ears and an open mind. I learn from our customers, and in turn apply that knowledge to help them find opportunities to effectively protect their businesses and employees. That’s the most rewarding part of my role—seeing our customers achieve understanding and peace of mind because of what we can offer them.
