As a territory executive, it’s important to me that insurance brokers and clients know they’re doing business with an experienced professional they can count on. This is a relationship business, after all, and strong business relationships are built on trust. Over the years, I’ve earned that trust through clear communication and deep knowledge of our risk appetite, services and resources, and coverages. Helping clients discover the value we can provide—from our cost-containment programs to our loss-sensitive workers’ compensation plans—is the most rewarding part of my role.
